3. Working principle
Detector Convert the collected gas concentration signal into an electrical signal and transmit it to the controller in the form of a (-) standard signal. The controller adopts a split-line design. One controller corresponds to one detector. The controller receives the signal from the detector unit. (-) After the signal is processed and logically analyzed, it is reflected in the form of synchronous LCD digital light column display and sound and light alarm, recording the alarm time and alarm concentration value and starting
the connected fan, magnetic valve or other fire protection equipment.
5. Installation and wiring
. Installation of detector
⑴ Installation location
Install the detector at Detectors must be securely installed in areas where gas leaks may occur. And the installation position is determined according to the specific gravity of the measured gas relative to the air. When the specific gravity of the measured gas is greater than that of air, the detector should be installed at a distance from the ground. When the specific gravity of the measured gas is less than that of air, the detector should be installed higher than the release source. . In order to use the detector correctly and prevent its failure, please do not install it in the following locations:
, places directly affected by steam and oil fume
, air supply openings, ventilation fans, rooms Places with large air flow such as doors
Places with a lot of water vapor and water droplets (humidity: %r)
d. Places with impact, vibration and strong electromagnetic field interference
/>
, places where the temperature is below -℃ or above -℃.
⑵ Installation method
Choose the following different installation methods according to different detector models.
Fix the detector to the wall with two or three expansion bolts or to a special bracket.
